lil’ pirates (ages 5-12 years)

Introduce and engage your child in the art of fencing. Our curriculum is centered on educating students on self-discipline and core values. Fencing is taught as an art, not combat.

Our Lil’ Pirates class will improves posture, balance, eye-hand coordination and isometric strength. Students memorize complex sequences and time your actions with a partner all while continuously recalling a variety of movements and increased mental focus.

I have been a student of other sports and physical arts including Karate and yoga, but nothing has brought me more enjoyment or improved my core strength more than fencing. Maestro Hurst is knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
